The Mission

As prisoner escapes and dissenting rebels grew in number, Allfather Adonis created a new organization. It's singular purpose, its mission statement, was to find those who are attempting to circumvent or avoid their punishments. Because this purpose was deemed the most important of any endeavor in Parrishi, the mission and the organization to carry it out are deemed one and the same.
He appointed a charismatic man to lead the mission, adorning him with a new name: Abraham. Administrator Abraham leads his band of missionaries on the crusade to execute the will of the Allfather.

Structure

Administrator Abraham has three grand missionaries beneath him - Justin, Hardin, and Maynard. Under them are the rest of the missionaries. They do not hold perpetual supervisory roles over the missionaries but are sometimes given lead on certain bounties and given authority over a handful of them. They are respected as superiors all the same.
