Oddbasil - The World Vine

A mighty, tree with patches of iron bark and leaves. It has the deepest roots of all the deeproot trees on Pallo. The vines that grow from it sprout iron buds. The organism as a whole is known as Oddbasil - the world vine.

Uses, Products & Exploitation

It is the source of Oddbasil Dryads. Beyond sustaining the Oddbasilians, the iron buds are used to forge items or even sold as raw material. The iron is not as plentiful as mined iron, but it is easier to enchant and is replenishable.
