Sushi

Sushi is raw fish, imported from West Star. It is a delicacy among the Palimpsest's elite due to the high Interplanar Trade Custom fees associated with transporting fish to the city.

Nyotaimori

A varient of sushi, invented in Palimpsest by a Locathah courtesan, involves the practice of serving the sushi from the naked body of a cold-blooded female Locathah (or other cold-blooded Beastfolk). The male variant is called Nantaimori.
During her stay at the Morpheus's Pleasuredome, Tito ate Nantaimori off Sculpin, the male Locathah, having been given access to Hugo Dargent's stipend. Needless to say, Vizier Richard Dargent was not pleased by Hugo's huge Pleasuredome bill, and even more incensed that the courtesans his son hired were male.
