Jonas Fogg Medical College Asylum
The Fogg Asylum is a mental hospital overseen by the Jonas Fogg Medical College of North Town University. It is the lowest in the city of the four college buildings, with the entrace situated on the same street as Loveheart's Sweetmeats and what was formerly Laurence's Barber-Surgery before Todfrey Laurence was murdered with his own razor by Lindie Asklepa.
Purpose / Function
Although the full extent of the activities occurring within the asylum are currently uncertain, it seems there may be a link to the disappearances of Beastfolk around the undercity, which Kitty Storm has been investigating for the Undergazette. Whatever Fogg's intentions for the asylum may be, it appears that the poor souls confined within its walls are subjected to various forms of unethical "treatment," including the use of straightjackets and magical Panopticon-coloured runes.
