King Stoldo announces his bastard Hastings

King Stoldo Rex announces that he has fathered a child with one of the servants in the Citadel. He names this child Hastings Rex.

The early years of King Stoldo's reign had been fairly quiet but that all changed when he announced his bastard child. The citizens of The Rex Kingdom were caught blindsided and the kingdom split into two separate camps. One who proclaimed that the king must marry this servant girl if she is having his child. The other side said that the king must find a suitable queen and to just raise the child in the Citadel. Noble families pounced on the news to try and curry favor with the king.
