Harvest Cove

Harvest Cove is a top secret scientific research outpost located in the northern outskirts of the Forest of Pain. It is top secret because it belongs to Paratorion, not Maraphel, and also because Maraphel keeps a more magical aesthetic so a science base really doesn't fit with their genre.
Both governments are aware that the outpost exists, but in a surprising turn of events, neither one knows exactly where it is. Maraphel does not despite putting a lot of money and effort into finding Harvest Cove, and Paratorion doesn't know because they fear the influence of spies.
It is unclear what they are researching. They might be looking into the various properties of the organisms native to this particular forest, or they could be developing something entirely different and the forest is merely a defense mechanism.
