The Temple of Council
The capital settlement of Drokti, commonly referred to as the City of Beasts or the Sunken City, stands around the Temple of Council. This is the oldest structure known to exist in all of Ovensu, said to be 'Older than the Gods themselves.' Who originally built it, and how and why, is still a topic of heavy debate across the world. Ruled in council between many of the major clans and tribes in Drokti, with few external affairs. This city is considered to be holy land for both Primordials ad Gods, and a neutral land for all political groups and bodies. Fighting here is considered to be a terrible sin, leading to less official law and more religious tennants across the land.
The Temple of Council itself is a massive, roughly 700 metre tall architectural marvel that has failed to be understood. Primarily constrcted of an unknown type of stone that is extremely strong and resistant to the elements. Dotted with millions of runes, glyphs, and depictions carefully carved into every brick and stone here. Even after thousands of years of being inhabitted, new runes and sections of the structure are still being discovered and cataloged. Beyond the massive surface structure, there is a gargantuan labyrinth that spans miles beneath the land here, which lie even less discovered and full of secrets waiting to be unearthed.

Districts
The Temple of Council itself stands near the center of the city, in the District of Kin. Large harbors dot the coasts of the peninsula that the city sits on, called the Districts of Commerce. Broken into different parts acrss the land surrounding the city are the districts of Home, Market, Entry, and Agriculture. Their purposes are fairly self explanitory.
