Ephraim Sylnoa

The young patriarch of the Sylnoa family, Ephraim in the governor of the province of the Ardenswood in the Ancellus Federation. He's the highest ranking elf in the Federation, and receives much scrutiny from his peers in the council of Governors. He possesses his mother's Moonblade recently awakened upon her death.
