Crystaline Roses
Crystalline Roses are distinguished by their delicate, translucent petals that shimmer and sparkle like gemstones. The petals themselves appear almost crystalline, and light passing through them creates a dazzling, multi-faceted effect. The roses are typically small, with slender stems and a compact bloom. They come in a variety of colors, from clear and colorless to pale shades of blue, pink, and violet.
These roses grow deep underground, in lightless caverns and tunnels. They are often found near mineral deposits and seem to draw sustenance from the earth itself. They prefer cool, damp environments and are rarely found far from underground streams or pools of water.
Crystalline Roses are primarily ornamental, prized for their unique beauty. Their petals are used in the creation of expensive perfumes, imparting a light, airy scent with subtle mineral undertones and a hint of sweetness. They are also used in certain magical potions, primarily those that enhance beauty or grant temporary resistance to petrification.
