Vuulii the alchemist

The reaper alchemist Vuulii spends his time attempting to discover the secrets of foreign weaponry. He is particularly interested in their firearms. Obviously the Huulpil, a form of corrupt spirit, that inhabit the Utopian Pacification Forces weaponry are heresy and he keeps his interest in that discrete. However he is open about his interest in the curious powder that propels Cha'reh firearms.
Despite his intense interest in foreign weaponry he has never gone outside Reaper Imperium territory. Some suspect this hampers his efforts as he does not speak with the Cha'reh gunsmiths that forge the objects of his study nor see the guns wielded by their native wielders. Instead he labors over seized weaponry brought to him by his agents.
