First Meeting

Caelid Orelon. Afterwards, you followed him and found him walking through the crowded streets of
Isan Meidan, marking people with a
Strange Mark whenever he touched them.
Past
Raenar is a former police sergeant in
Amdalir. After resigning, he and
Lynette Yallister formed a private investigation agency. Years later he was arrested for tampering with medical records.
The Dream
While on the
NSS Leviathan, Raenar infected the majority of people in board with a curse, killing them. Afterwards he left for
Isan Meidan where he infected more people. When you confronted him, he told you he was helping people by sending them to The Dream.
