Lumenspire Academy

A tall, spire-like building covered in large windows with large, circular balconies. Several smaller buildings float near the top of the spire, connected to the main building via light bridges. Guards patrol around the base of the tower.
Sitting in the north of Isan Meidan, the Academy is considered the best place to learn magic in Novoraskr. They also fund numerous magical research projects.
