The Divination Council

The Divination Council functions as the judicial system within Harptos. Applicants must go through rigorous training and testing before becoming Diviners. When cases are brought before them, they use magic to divine the truth of what happened and mete out punishment accordingly. The conclusions Diviners come to are considered absolute and cannot be questioned. Malphyr, the Grand Sage of Divination, handles all especailly important cases.

Krakuvodur

An elite guard within Harptos. They wear black cloaks with hoods and black masks that cover the bottom half of their face and are often seen riding giant armored crows.
