Alizée Bourrasque

Alizée Bourrasque is a champion duelest and Headmistress of the Tradewind Conservatory in the city of Croixeau. She is the bearer of a unique, magical rapier known as Whisper. As the Headmistress of the Conservatory, she is the de facto head of House Bourrasque, and by extension, one of the four rulers of Tressaunt.
