Blessing of Ice
Effect
This spells grants all allies within thirty feet a special connection to ice magic. It reduces the mana of all spells from that Circle, reduces the damage caused by any fire magic spells and lets them feel comfortable in freezing temperatures, even in light clothing.
Manifestation
Those under the influence of the spell grow small, harmless patches of ice across their skin and/or hair.
