Vincenzo Waltz

Waltz was the leader of The Red Ivys and bastard nephew of Abraham Gillis.
Waltz was born into moderate wealth and success. The bastard son of a successful banker, he was acknowledged but not given the same rights as true born sons, This quickly formed a chip on his shoulder and he developed a violent streak.
After the somewhat suspicious deaths of his father, step-mother, and half siblings in a tragic fire, he was sent to boarding school by his uncle and now soul caregiver, Abraham Gillis. Waltz was offered the best educated but squandered it, by being a bully and layabout. Seeing his nephew fail on the path to becoming a banker, Gillis decided to bring Waltz into the other side of the family business.
Waltz flourished as an enforcer and protector for his Uncles various shady dealings, eventually forming his own gang, under Gillis' watch, named The Ivys.
It would be many years later, in early 784PS, that Waltz was reached out to by Dravin Cazamir of The Opperice Club, and offered a chance to expand his power base using the drug Rush. Becoming the exclusive Rush dealers in the world, The Ivys, now named The Red Ivys, began pushing the drug, leading to many becoming addicted, including Waltz himself.
The drug business would prove to be his undoing, having disappointed and alienated his Uncle through his lack of discretion, Gillis set about ending his nephew before any evidence of wrongdoing could come back to him. Waltz was eventually killed by The Abnormals, after having his location spilled by his Uncle.
