The Opperice Club
The Opperice Club is a long standing social club for the wealthy elite in Cypren, Anhalo.
The Opperice Club was formed shortly after the disillusionment of Anhalo's aristocracy. The club was formed to represent the 'new' money wealth of the rising businessmen and broadways stars of the city, and for those with this wealth to have a place to make deals, assess the markets, and relax with other like minded folk, away from the common people.
The club stood for many years as a beacon of wealth and opulence in the city. Several members of the club would go on to sit on the Anhalo Council of Governors, positions no doubt acquired through their connections in the upper circles the club caters to.
It would be around 780PS that control of the club would change hands to a man named Dravin Cazamir, a vampire and new member of the club. Cazamir would turn many members of the club into Vampires, and would kill and exile those who did not wish to go along with his plots.
This marked a dark day for the club and soon they became not much more than a wealthy, high born criminal gang. This however would bring the club to the attention of The Abnormals, which would in turn lead to the destruction of the club and many of their members.
The club is now run by Zebediah Shaw, the former leader of the club before Cazamir's coup. Shaw looks to rebuild and ensure the clubs future is as bright as its past, for the members at least.
