Victor Rosenhein
Victor Rosenhein was the last Emperor of The Waukan Empire.
Rosenhein belonged to a long line of Emperor's who had ruled Waukan and its kingdoms since their empire formed.
It was his decision to invade Eislen, The Eighth that began The War of Emperors, Rosenhein hoping he would be able to conquer more land and defeat the The Dawn Empire. This would backfire however, and the Dawn Empire proved much stronger than their southern neighbours, pushing them back until they only had the land of Dalry.
Once the Military of The Dawn, led by their Emperor Milaines I reached the Peregrine Keep where Rosenheim and the Garrington family were holed up, Rosenheim ordered the surrender of the army, and as the remaining nobles made their way down to show fealty to their new ruler, Rosenheim climbed the tower, and threw himself from the top. Thus ending the Rosenheim line.
