The Third Stormcharger Rebellion
The Third Stormcharger Rebellion was incredibly short lived, lasting only a few hours.
Randolf Stormcharger infiltrated the Auburn Palace with mercenaries he had hired from Yenah and attacked a ball held in the honour of Emperor Viadu II's 63rd Birthday.
The rebels would hold the noble guests hostage, slaying the guards and dramatically hanging the Emperor by the neck from the rafters of his palace. The rebels threatened the guests, forcing them to bend the knee on pain of death. The mercenary guards however soon realised the futility of their task, and were bought out by several of the wealthy guests they was threatening.
Randolf Stormcharger was soon captured after his small army turned on him, the new Emperor Glerius I arranging his public execution in The Dawn Capital, avenging his father and ending the third rebellion.
