The Fair and Foul Courts of the Feywild

The Fair and Foul Courts of the Feywild is a land of whimsy and maniacal madness.
The Feywild was formed at the beginning of The Schism from the madness and insanity felt by Viskara, The Creator, creating as well a god for the plane in Thasoie, The Broken Prince who was immediately broken by the Gods in order to not let is madness overspill.
Time is strange in the Feywild, and so when mortals and gods first appeared to survey the new plane, the denizens claimed they had always been there, their rulers proudly calling themselves The Eldest, as what could possibly be older than madness.
The Feywild was found to be overseen by the Seasonal Archfey, a being of four distinct personalities that change with each season, the being the Prime Deities had split Thasoie into, though they claimed they were much older than the Gods themselves. Everytime the archfey changes, the land of the realm changes to represent the new season as on The Material Plane, though in much stronger fashion.
The Seasonal Archfey rules from The Seasonal Palace in the centre of the plane. Lesser fey and other beings gather at the gates of this palace, desperate to find a place within one of the courts and appease the current Archfey.
Surrounding the Palace is the Courts of the Feywild, four fair and four foul, each ruled as their own dominion, though still paying tithe to the Archfey as a Duke would to a King.
Each of these courts is a distinct and dangerous land, and the names of fair and foul by no means indicate the safety or comfort of these realms. Fair can be foul and foul can be fair, it seems that only the archyfey understand why each realm is given the title.
The eight courts must ensure they pay tithe and keep in the graces of each Archfey, whether it be the tranquil Serene Madame Autumn or the vain Illustrious Lord Summer, as they have the power to remove each Courts master and completely change the landscape of the entire dimension.
