Semir, The Overseeing Beacon

Semir, The Overseeing Beacon was the God of Civilisation before The Schism. He was killed at the beginning of the era by Thasoie, The Broken Prince, his Divine Spark stolen and his domain passing to Erana, The Celestial Judge.

Semir was a bright and smiling God, loved by many during the times between the Schism and his ascension at the end of The First Revolution. Semir promoted the goals and dreams of civilisation, hoping to encompass every single mortal being in one way or another. He dreamed of a world where everybody was safe and secure, living in their own idea of a civil life.

The domain of civilisation did not just mean mega cities but rather community spirit, everlasting peace, and mortal development. These each being a thing Semir mourned the loss of during the harsh reign of the Primordials and the brutal wars that followed.

Semir was killed because of this love of civilisation, of peace, and of cooperation between all beings. Viskara wanted to reset the world and the Gods, and so when his madness broke from his psyche, it looked to destroy the thing that promoted the most stability in the planes.
