Phokis, The Terror Heart

Phokis, The Terror Heart is the daughter and a lesser deity of Akreus, The Ever Suffering. She is the Goddess of Fear.
Phokis was a child during much of The First Revolution while her father led the armies of the Numen. One day late into the war, Phokis' home town was attacked by the forces of Grea, The Unyielding Bones. Hundreds were slaughtered by the giant Primordial herself and her elemental army, including Phokis' mother. Phokis hid under her floorboards during the attack, until her home was ripped from the ground, her crying mother within.
Phokis survived the attack, the armies of her father routing the enemy and forcing them into retreat. Phokis however was forever changed, her previously bubbly and excitable personality was replaced instead by a mute and traumatised child. The fear of that day forever burned into her eyes.
Eventually the war was won, the Primordials sealed away, Grea killed, and her father ascended to Godhood as one of the chosen twenty Prime Deities to receive a Divine Spark.
Phokis, along with the other Numen, were move into the upper planes, her residing with her father on The Grand Mountain of Heaven. Despite the success of her people and their new home, the fear in Phokis' heart still ruled her mind. She was unable to celebrate with the others, still terrified of the event that had since been avenged.
Desperate to improve his daughter's wellbeing, Akreus felt that perhaps sharing his divine spark with Phokis would help her condition, perhaps the increased power would help her mind overcome the trauma she suffered.
Phokis would receive this divine energy, and be unable to contain it. Her trauma amplified and spread throughout all the planes. Waves of fear and terror afflicted all those in existence, until Viskara himself stepped in and forced the girl to sleep. The waves of fear stopped, and Akreus was chastised by the other Gods, Viskara threatening to remove his divine spark and gift to another. Erana, The Celestial Judge spoke in his defence, and the gods ruled that Akreus and Phokis would be able to keep their power due to the tragedy they suffered, and the fair reason Akreus attempted such a gambit.
Phokis was taken into the care of Delorr, The True Healer, the God of Medicine hoping to one day help Phokis process her trauma and live anew, Phokis remains sedated outside of these sessions however, for the fear she will unwittingly spread her terror again.
Phokis still has worshippers and those who can harness her power, despite her inactivity as a God. The uncontrolled divine energy still leaks from Phokis' being, a by product of her unstable mind, which can gift powers to those who claim enough worship. Many of these followers however are unintelligent, or at best ill informed, as Phokis never chose her domain, and would likely not want it, it was simply hers by circumstance, and those who would use her power to harm others simply misunderstand her nature.
