Session 57: when last we met 10/29/23

General Summary

When last we met, The party had just finished interrogating a demon from the Abyss and learned of an impending war heading their way. So their course of action in this moment was clear: Assemble Allies. 
They start in the nearby abraxios Academy. Inquiring with the headmistress Saraeris, She informs them that apart from select faculty members, Their students would not make great soldiers. She says she will request assistance of The Laminae guard force to provide a small garrison of magic users. 
From there, Eammon teleports them back to the capital of Mount Cashell. From there they Requests the aid of Rosalind Who gives them her entire force without hesitation. This very thing is what they are sworn to do. She will also reach out to her brother, Kevyn to send his small garrison marching south to lend their swords. 
Bolstered by their success with Rosalind, They head to the cit council and greeted warmly by the members of the council. Hearing the saga of their current predicament, they offer a regiment of 600 city guards to aid them and put out word to volunteers in the city that wish to sign up and fight. 
From there Eammon teleports the party to the Fey crossing on the Wildrim islands. From there they find the portal now guarded by an Adult Brass Dragon. With the corpses of the Wyverns they last encountered still nearby. Remembering that Metallic Dragons are aligned with good, Tensi volunteers to go up to the slumbering dragon and entreat it for entrance. It sleepily agrees once She says that the party is friends of the Summer Queen, and thus, don't intend her harm. 
They pass through and Eammon reluctantly casts Teleport to try and get them straight to the Summer Court. Miraculously he succeeds and they arrive being met with Hostile Guards. Tensions ease once the party is recognized and they discuss their plight with the summer queen. She laments that they are to remain neutral in this conflict. However, her Keeper of the Forgotten will lend them powerful magic objects on the caveat that they be returned once the conflict is over. 
Defying The queen, Skerrit Lends aid of Centaurs under his command to aid them. As well as Thengel and Narmo who lend their abilities to the party to repay the life debt they owed. The party requests the summer Queen teleport them to the Cliffs of Lommond to which she agrees. In an instant, the party is on the sight of the future battle for the Universe. They construct plans, pray to their deities and various patronsa and attempt to fortify the battlefield and little by little, Soldiers they have called begin to come. Before long they have a sizeable force assembled. On the other side of the cliffs they see A hole in the fabric fo the material plane and pouring out from that gash in reality they find The Final Avatar of Tharizdun, The Sibriex Mogrumaug, And an endless tide of demons. And that's where we will pick up next ime!

• Party prepared, prayed, trained, and talked over 5 days to prepare for the battle to come. 
• The portal to the Abyss opens and Demon-kind spills over into our plane
