Session 42: When Last We Met - 7.10.23

General Summary

When last we met, the party was whittling away the remains of the day with their new Bard ally. They spend time organizing a kind of loose plan or strategy. The following day they make the final preparations to put that plan into action. 
The party scatters and takes care of various tasks and final preparations before tomorrow's probable world changing meeting of the minds. 
With their last minute items purchased, they reconvene outside the Clay Titan Inn. Just before they reach the safety of the interior, an old foil of theirs, Inspector Francois Devereaux makes himself known. Making hard accusations at the party on their recent escape from the city jail. He is moments away from possibly making an arrest if not for a timely casting of "Otto's irresistible dance". Wherein he takes the flat foot into a waltz as they dance cheek to cheek, away from the party who proceed to flee for the Penitent Scholar. 
They arrive to the cellar and are greeted by brother Thomas who welcomes them to stay the night. They take their rest for the second time inside of that dank cellar and awaken to the day of the meeting. 
They arrive to the city council building and find Eämmon relaxing in the park just outside. He greets them warmly and asks if they are ready. With the affirmative given by the party, The group head inside the building.

Francois - Tenacious inspector of the city guard. Hot on the heels of the party and is closing in fast!
Eämmon Falshire - Helped the party plan out their infiltration of the meeting and bought a crap ton of Fish for Trout in River

• Mistral stumbled his way into a Scroll of Spare the Dying
• Tensi and Trout bonded with Eämmon
• Accosted by Francois Devereaux 
• Took Long rest in the Penitent Scholar Tavern

24th of Arawn

• Party awoke and made their way to the city Council
• Met up with Eämmon
