Session 11 - When Last We met - 10/31/22
General Summary
When Last we met, The party's ranger, Celeste was attacked by an unknown assailant, dealing heavy damage to her with a poisoned blade. With a scream, she awoke Tensi and Vandread who stood at attention and moved to help (Along with Trout in River). The fragment of the party fought hard with the attacker, trying to subdue and restrain him, to little avail. Eventually, after being bloodied and having his leg broken, Under threat of further pain, took his own life by poison.
Meanwhile, Mistral hears the commotion below after having a strange encounter with a mysterious little boy. He floats to the ground, ready for battle, Only to find The battle Elves standing over a man that may or may not be dead. He brings in Ivyre, Romaia and Arcturus who investigate the scene, confirming the assassin that attacked Celested was indeed dead and Finding a note on his corpse with instructions to "Deal" with the party. Whoever this was, seems to be aligned with some sort of Cult of the Chained God.
The Magic users shelter their allies in their rooms in the Chosen Sage for the rest of the night, leaving the body of their attacker in the stables. The party awakens the next day, retrieves their mounts from the stables, only to find the body has gone missing. Weirded out by this interaction, and learning Mistral had a run-in with a mysterious boy asking for "Juice" They make their way out of the city.
They continue on a two day trek to the Cliffs of Lommond, where they find beautiful vistas and.... not much else. Arcturus figures out that some of the carved stone slabs are actually doors which lead to catacombs holding bodies of those long dead. The party is at a loss of what to do or where to go from here, surmising that They are at the correct "Where" but may not be at the correct "When". Whatever cataclysm that is bound to happen here has not happened yet.
From there, they made their way 2 days south to The Hopeful Harbor where they bartered ship passage with a Dwarf woman named Hadley "The Liar". After failing to ascertain where she got the nickname from, they decide to hire her on to help them get across as her ship is of adequate size, and her boastful confidence in her abilities reassures the party of her aptitude. They agree on a price and make final preparations to sail to The Island of Herne. And that's where we'll pick up next time!

Hadley "The Liar" Hayes - Sailor of less than stellar repute - Offered to ferry the party for the full market price and seems most comfortable on the sea. Romaia has a good feeling about her
