Vaxhoran Civilian Control
The VCC is an organization with aim to handle crime and enforce laws on common Vaxhora regions. They handle arrests, prosecute questionable offenses, and review laws and legal terms, while overlaying odd concerns. The organization can be distinguished by seeing them in a chrome alternative to the usual Xhor-plate armor dyed and special for their look. During the transition period, some have added more cool or vibrant cloth colors overlayed to the uniform. Outside the solar system, the VCC loses most authority unless given special and very specific instructions from higher-up. Contrary to some misconception, they do prosecute and hold power in reaches like the moon, and neighbor planets, but such a case is rare.
Most members are given a basic form of local CSL, and somewhat standard equipment, but often very limited ammo reserves unless permitted for special cases. Each member must be a k'siiva, and often its sought that only hooded males often serve such a role. Some other species take issue with this, but some members hold their own respective powers or have a regulatory militia process to apply for. In some circumstances, the VCC may also answer to a higher political official with some vyllk mayors having quick connections to a local VCC unit. If a certain instance of arrest or action seems unjust, the proper conduct is for a bystander to loudly call "Civilian Inquiry of Distress". If its not done for sheer mockery or as an accomplice, then this can be escalated into a notorized form of the same name, and is intended to be overseen almost imediately by higher members.
History
Formed early in the Immortal Empire, with commands and orders able to be passed down even from the Emperor himself, the unit has long been a historic enforcer and peace-maker set of standards for those around the planet of Vaxhora. During the maddening phase, they were unfortunately also quite brutal, with most turning corrupt with ease and finding convinient access to weapons. They were among those inflicting some of the most damage to civilians around the homeworld, and a scar to the heart and intent of the unison to the new empire.
The concept to bring them back was difficult. They were nearly disbanded during the repolisher construction of the second empire, but the new leaders knew they'd need an inevitable power of this sort regardless. It was agreed easier to hold the terms and ideals together, but with some slight rebranding and softer blue cloths attached to the uniforms for several decades. This was to disarm the idea of them being one in the same, and using psychology to 'ease' minds at their sight. While it diminished and reverted back to only a chrome uniform, some still optionally add 'cool' or vivid colors to the uniform without issues. However the old insignia of the ISE is strictly forbidden and taboo on any professional standard.
