Valdeen Metacode Council

The VMC is a body rooted to one of the most historic temples of the largest Kyberian ryclin city. Over the years their words have been mirrored, and served the example of the most dominant ryclin religion. Over time and social commands, as well as the rise of the OA system, they have become far more than a temple. They hold a great deal of political influence, and as with the elections often cosigning each changing omni-oracle as the planetary president, they hold some responsibility in details about how Kyberus operates and distributes funding and proclamations, while also trying to balance it with model Metavox behavior.

Structure

1. Vision Of Kyber: The one solitairy role of leadership, and almost unanimously running the dual role of planetary president and a strong unit of politics that feed into the OA. Not to be confused with the OARS, the two run seperately, but often share some goals. Yet to be "The VOK" is a special title.
   
   
2. Temple Regents: One-to-three positions, sometimes even only effective temporarily, made late in the council's creation. This came along to assist in the stress and needs of the VOK, to fulfill a more temple-exclusive and very local role to act like an omni-oracle or a pair that share the duties and discussions of what one would do. Their duties and high authority strictly relate to the on-site premise itself unless permitted otherwise. In no way do they hold presidential or planetary governing powers beyond more common democratic abilities.
   
   
3. Retainers Of Vision: Higher priests of the temple, a limited set working close with the VOK. Some may get a chance temporary or fixed to move up as a regent on little more than a whim of the VOK. Retainers are well trusted, often very faithful and loyal, and almost just as good at political moves and helping run the council itself. The role is revered enough, that in a fit of spite, Vyras stole the title for their own closer peers and small commanders.
   
   
4. Monks: The more ordinary among an extraordinary area of faith. These are simply lesser priests and common monks that happen to attend the same premise as more legendary figures. Those that get positive attention, may one day stand a chance to ascend.
