The United Cosseyrie Wings Government
The UCW is a global government force representing the interests of Cauven. It comes together as a sort of congress with partially voted-in representatives. The government's main body is strictly composed of vyllk, however a small presence is made for residential humans & Ryclin alongside others that reach a domestic population high enough in number.
Other roles include a single ambassador seat from The Orbital Archipelago (usually elected among Atlas' people), a special committee for tourism, and a xeno-comittee that may allow some politicians in from odd places among other colonies such as Asuan, Ursarian, and Labris. Special legal precedent is held by the siivakian empire, which also claims the same territory and work in a more distant way. Often the empire lets the UCW work as a sort of stand-in and free expression of itself, but has the ability to exert or veto set laws or powers, but also owes some responsibility and protection over the land.
