Gulpery Staff

Gulpery staff actually covers multiple terms of jobs. It often related to Cauven based gulperies in relation to feeding vyllk and ryclin. Gulpery staff may be divided into:

• Clerks & Desk Coordinators
• Chefs
• Maintenance & Janitorial duties
• Assistants & Servers
• Distribution (may be 3rd party)
• Potential misc roles often entertaining guests

It is important to note the staff does not include the Qshoolum birds, even though a large majority of the staff will mutually be vyllk. The qshoolum have essentially resigned any prior job, including if they resigned from the staff to sign up for the self-sacrificial role. Instead the staff tends to all needs relative to keeping the flow going. Vyllk sign in, get escorted and assigned a lounge area to stay and feast in, and permissions on where to explore with more elaborate facilities having a complex variety of entertainment and community engagement. This often lasts a single vyllk 1-3 weeks of service and pampering. Ryclin are then expected to come in, place more expensive orders, and feed on the vyllk that have been fattened-up over the course of their stay. Ryclin rarely stay for longer than an eating and resting session, but may occasionally go for two or three or have a small vacation policy in very wealthy scenarios. Social Status

Between low-to-mid. Most are just friendly works serving and trying to smile, while getting on with their day. The pay is modest, but far from higher end or elite weatlh. In the lower spectrum, sometimes charged and monitored felons are employed the spot for communal service, and especially feel humiliation when put to rolls like paid ryclin belly massages, or cleaning the food messes from qshoolum rooms.

Demographics

By large majority of the populace and a sense of proud assistance, vyllk are easily the majority of workers at gulperies. However its not fully exclusive, and more diverse populations are seen in more distant gulpery locations such as more asuan at a plokhan gulpery. Humans, tikerin, asuan, labris, naraji, knumarian, and tekkedan make up a sizeable chunk of minority staffing.

Dangers & Hazards

Broadly speaking, its a fairly safe and soothing job without much serious dangers. However accounting for all possible incidents, there have been rare arrests made on ryclin eating the wrong bird or simply getting too greedy to stop or restrain themselves, and may have swallowed down a staff assistant. In other instances, there's been problems with welfare protestors getting too rowdy, or simple oddball antics coming from the nature of the place and business. For example The Feather-Belly Lounge became a hot-spot for infection and chaos during a Fungal Cooties outbreak, an ideal spot for harm given a virus that prompted large carnivores to over-indulge.
