Dance Captains pertain to vyllk color shows. They oversee management for a small team. This may include performing close with them, coaching, rehearsal plans, and some work with scheduels and overseeing agents, sponsors, etc. In the more grim and higher authority note, most will also determine who to encourage to stay and work as a star figure, and who should be fattening up faster to move out into a farm for external profits.
