To pin exactly what a Crasher is, is difficult. In a broad term, it is a ryclin societal role themed in public technical goods, and the preservation of them. They can be scrap collectors, contracted law enforcement, local mercenary forces, and machine testers. If its a bold job that involves technical use of items, and defensive or well-being measures, it often gets relegated to the idea of the ryclin being some form of a Crasher. Under more professional categories given more often by the OA, their services often fall under the renaming of Ryclin Field Contractor (or RFC) - However the original name comes from the older role akin to nomadic explorer re-purposing scraps from 'crashed' machinery. Often now, the majority of Crasher reference is towards company enforcers, or Ryclin acting on behalf of local authorities, or defenses.
The uniform varies as much as their job itself might, but they may often relate to using some Solavore equipment. Others may dress in found scraps, custom armor, or corporate mandated ideas. Most carry a Thermal Magnum Blaster as a defensive weapon at the very least, but others may carry stronger equipment, or concealable weaker items.
