44 Thornwall Temple of Huvoi

A fine temple dedicated to the Sky Father Huvoi , and run by the Curate Themis. It was originally built by the previous Ward Duke Vaughn.

In a saferoom beneath the main altar is a holy relic: It is the burned remains of the Mace of the Paragon. It is a small piece of charred wood embedded in a lump of metal, recovered from the slopes of Mount Shar-Kazgoth where the Paragon fought the ancient white dragon. It is claimed that is presence in Thornwood keeps the village safe from monsters. It is bought up and placed on the altar during specific festivals.
