Midrats

Midrats is a fourth meal served on Transnational Aerospace Security Alliance (TASA) military bases with 24 hour operations, military starships, and some other locations with 24 hour shifts. Midrats is short for Midnight Rations. It is a special meal consisting of fast food dinner items and breakfast items, combining the best of both worlds.
Midrats are fondly revered by TASA troops engaged in late night missions or working the graveyard shift. Popular items include Chicken and Waffles, Omlettes, Tex Mex Tacos, Chicken Nuggets, Mozzarella Sticks, and Breakfast Style Personal Pizzas (egg, bacon, sausage and cheese, all synthetic).
