Finnánu

The Finnánu (Elvish for "sunset of the shroud") is the era of Scalados history that lasted from the death of Caranësa te-Arawn in Y929 through the early days of the reign of Eldatar Supedo I, approximately Y930-Y950. This short but impactful era saw the long-awaited opening of Scalados to further trade and diplomatic negotiations with the Aquatic Kingdoms, Dreibach, and Cantonova, after Caranësa's guidance as Valòmar guided the Eldatar to keep the kingdom closed to nearly all outside influence for nearly a century and a half.
