Book of Telwyth-Teg

The Book of Telwyth-Teg is a mysterious tome directly connected to the archfey Telwyth-Teg, currently in possession of the Warlock Rusalka.
This book is unusual in that it has served as the Fool's Tome for several different Fools of the Fey across the ages, primarily those of the Summer Court and Winter Court, and most recently Tancred Brightblade. It is unknown exactly which secrets it holds; its writing shifts constantly, appearing in multiple languages and jumping between pages. It is believed that Telwyth-Teg himself can communicate through the tome. It also may be imbued with some portion of his consciousness or spirit
