Panaceon is held in patent, and while the process for manufacture is tested and vetted by the scientific community, the CRS Corporation is quite vehement about protecting it. There have been rumors that this protection is not above assassination, but the company maintains that they are merely unsubstantiated and intended to damage the companies brand.
Panaceon is only available as an injection and is notoriously hard to manufacture. It is in extremely high demand, and as a consequence only obtainable by large medical organizations and as always the wealthy.
