Wild Wanderings

Good evening my fellow Journey Junkies and welcome to the first post of Wild Wanderings. It took a while, but I finally got my airship and crew assembled and ready to take on the world. I intend to use this blog as a digital record of my travels and discoveries.   This will serve as an introductory post. Small snippets about me and my mates will be found below. Our first informational post will come next week after our expedition to the Scarlet Marsh.
At the age of 25, the young explorer Birki Kroon began their journey to travel the whole world while also charting the geography. Wild Wanderings is their blog dedicated to archiving these moments. It began with a small following consisting of close friends and peers from university. Within two years its popularity skyrocketed and is now one of Omari's most popular blogs.

Content

Birki updates the blog on a regular basis. Posts range from long logs of their latest adventure to smaller snippets of fun / interesting facts about different regions. They also post a myriad of photos and on occasion, a high definition file of a completed map.   Collabs are also common. Birki enjoys writing about sites to visit while also being respectful of the environment and locals. Some posts include interviews, resources, or links to current research on the related topic. With permission, they also highlight small businesses related to an area with links to ways to support them.

Followers

Journey Junkies, as Birki calls them, are the group of fans who follow and interact with the blog. People of all ages enjoy their work, but it's most popular with adventurous teenagers and young adults. Once a month Birki dedicates a post to showcasing photos fans send in of their own travels.
