Heaven's Gravity

Inspired by a lot of things, from dragon quest to Jojo's bizzare adventure'.
Thanks to the merging of worlds, already powerful extraplanar threats have the potential to grow even stronger. This time is no Exception. Thanks to the guidance of allies Dynasteelen and Sepiroth , Corvus Seeks out the scroll that will allow him to summon Made In heaven. He plans to use this to its completion, utilising the 'stand's' power to reset the universe and create a reality with no celestial creatures or 'mortals'.

Structure

Exposition

The party gets wind of a series of unusual scrolls, that hold the power to summon various different entities of potentially destructive power. Filbert brindley believes these scolls should not pass into the wrong hands, and asks that the group seek out and destroy the scrolls. He claims the first is in the hands of a rogue knight named Laundsallyn. After seeking outy and battling this night and 'Silver Chariot'; the knight reveals the scoll manifested in his pocket one day, and believes the scrolls have an odd way of choosing their wielders. He then respectfully hands the scroll over, and takes his own life in ritual sacrifice. scrying the last images of his mind with a spell or finding his diary also reveals he knows of the location of another scroll, located in the southern volcano region.

This scroll is in the hands of Axel (who may be dead as part of another plot-if so the scroll can be found in his bedroom) who is training to use it in seclusion within the heart of the volcano. If he is on good terms with the party, he will hand the scroll over with some convincing; or after combat if the party is unknown to him. Either way; he will inform the group that he purchased the scroll from the vampire Strahd.

Conflict

Further to the previous, investigation unveils that Strahd has been seeking out these scrolls and is currently in possession of several of them; willing to exchange them for Favours or political leverage. He already has intel on the party and their goals at this point, and will be hostile upon their approach. It is wise for the party to investigate near his castle and locate Joanna, a young woman who has come into possession of the Star of platinum scroll. with her help, the party should be able to defeat a weakened Strahd, and take from him the 'The World' scroll. Strahd will Yeild when significantly wounded, explaining that a strange fallen Angel tried to assassinate him, interrogating him as to the whereabouts of the Made In heaven scroll. Strahd honestly does not know where this spell may be found, but knows as much that it is arguably the strongest of all.

Upon returning to Filbert brindley with this information; He informs the party of some new development in one of the northern provinces, where someone has been using a scroll to commit robberies. This turns out to be @sepiroth, who uses the scroll 'Killer queen' to forcibly steal other scrolls from their chosen persons. He also has the scrolls 'Heirophant Green, and 'Echoes'. Sephiroth will state nothing about Corvus intentions, but will accidentally drop his name.

Rising Action

Further visits to Filbert will allow the party to Locate Dynasteelen, whom shares a demiplane with the fallen angel. The dark lord messes with the party, sending waves of Heartless to test thier strength-as well as puzzles and moral quandries. He is unwilling to 'rat out' his roommate, but is willing to reveal the whereabouts of Made In heaven , if they do one thing for him. The quest in question is the killing of Jexak, his eternal nemesis.

In The Hideout that ceased to be , the party will find Jexak in the secret sub-basement of the base (they might have to fight other members of Organisation XIII to reach here who may do one of two things: A) leave the plane long enough for Dynasteelen to presume him dead, or B) attack the party if they have gotten on his bad side (Killing Axel for example). In scenario B- the party will find the nobody cannot be truly Killed, and must find a way to imprison or send him away from the dimension.

Dynasteelen will be somewhat impressed by the party upon receipt of their news, and will personally direct them to the Celestial plane, where the scroll is said to be held by Jerahmeel-An Archangel. However; upon reaching his homestead, they arrive moments too late as @corvus is seen killing him. The party faces off against the fallen Asimar, but partway through is interrupted by a host of Sephiroth, who takes a mortal wound to allow Corvus to escape with the Scroll.

Climax

Following this; Dynasteelen will return the party to the mortal realm, whether they wish to or not. He will explain this is as far as he agreed to assist them, and leave with an ominous laugh. The party must make their own way back to the heavens with the help of Filbert brindley , all the while noticing that time is accelerating.

Finally; the party will catch up to Corvus in the Temple of the Heavens, where Corvus has recently Slain Zeus and horakhty, using the now awakened 'Made in Heaven'- already at 7x speed. A battle will ensue, likely resulting in Corvus resetting reality.

Falling Action

Being sucked into this 'new world; the party will find that no humanoid species live in this new realm, and neither do most of the gods. This world is barren, void of buildings but filled with beautiful flowers and wildlife. Exploring and surviving in this new realm, they will encounter the 'Poetrymaster', a 'Glitched' heartless that could not be removed from reality. After putting the poor creature out of It's misery, a series of 'matrix-like errors' will create a pathway up the mountains, leading to a volcanic Plateau. Here; Dynasteelen Lies in wait, Revealing that he was toying with them all along. He sends 'Golden Armour' To fight them. This boss will finally drop the scroll 'Golden experience' Upon its defeat.

Resolution

Cursing himself, Dynatseelen will attempt to swoop in and steal the scroll, but the 'stand' within will activate, knocking the dark lord flying off the top of the mountain. It will bond with the most pure of heart in the party (usually a paladin or cleric and communicate with them. 'Golden experience' will lead the party up more 'matrix errors' to a corrupt version of the celestial plane, where they will finally be able to Face off against Corvus in a final bout. Upon his defeat, the world will reset back to its previous state. If not; Corvus will remake the world again, ensuring the party dies in the process.
