Qayin, Leader of the Red Reapers (Kai-en)
Qayin is a human leader of the Red Reapers. Rules Old Enri with an iron fist and has hundreds of people to do his work for him. He controls all the businesses in the district and people pay him tribute in order to stay safe from his soldiers. The Red Reapers are dangerous and will do whatever he says.
Qayin's son is Ramach and because of Ramach's failure in Dmi, Qayin has tripled security on the vault. Any Red Reaper stronghold can access the vault. He is trying to prevent people from ever accessing the vault without his express permission.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
as a 90 year old man, Qayin is in poor health. He is almost skeletal in form and his breathing comes in rasping breaths. His skin is loose and hangs on his bones.

Qayin has enchanted robes that give him an AC of 1. the robes have golden thread that looks like small shields at the cuffs and lapels.

He has a kukri knife that has excellent chopping power up his sleeve. it is a +3 dagger that can critical hit on a 19.

Personal history
Qayin has been in charge of the Red Reapers for nearly 60 years. He was an underboss who slaughtered his way to the top. His family has 7 children by his wife and 16 children by his concubines. He seeks to further his power for his children. Ramach is the oldest of his illegitimate children and his favorite son.
Accomplishments & Achievements
During his long reign as a leader of the Red Reapers, their power has increased 10 fold. He has enough soldiers to rule the portion of the city without any worry from the Imyr. He has purchased the loyalty of a dozen Medjay and hundreds of town guards in the city. One of the docks is his without any hesitation if he chooses to leave the city.
Failures & Embarrassments
the greatest embarrassment, was when his son Ramach was humiliated by Ga'ak. the plundering of one of the Red Reaper Vaults is something that must be punished, but no one knows that it was Ga'ak who plundered the vault. The only people who could have been responsible in his eyes are the Goosites.
