Kearcy

Geography

Kearcy is a semi-small continent within okmodai. It consists of a main landmass with one smaller island, Natorrek. This Atoll lays to the west of Kearcy and consists of forests and lush coral reefs. The mainland of Kearcy consists of rolling hills, a large forest and a mountainous plateau to the north. These can generally be divided into three to four main areas, the Lacelands in the south, The Tattan wilds in the middle, The great plateau in the north and with Skyhaven as a the north most location within the great plateau. Kearcy is completely surrounded by sea and as of current time it is the only continent known to the fus-edi.

Ecosystem Cycles

Kearcy has a temperate oceanic climate. This means that Kearcy knows distinct seasons and the temperature changes during the year are significant. The only location that does not really change much during the year is the Atoll Natorrek, being on top of a dormant volcano makes that the temperature during the entire year is pretty mild there. Winter in Kearcy occurs every december to march while summer ranges from june to the end of august. Many of the creatures that are capable of flight or swimming move away from Kearcy during the beginning of autumn and won't return until the middle of spring, making winters in Kearcy very scarce and harsh for the remaining animals.
