Tulgi is sick with the same condition which killed Urgon, but won't speak with the authorities. She did tell the Party that she is posing as a trapper at the instruction of the Uttolot Crime Family. She is really here to steal relics from Eiselcross that come through the village and send them to headquarters in Shadycreek.

Personal history
Tulgi and her sister grew up in Shadycreek Run. Given the nature of the citizenry, she had no other choice than to develop criminal skills. Her and her sister grew in skill and notoriety until they were taken in by the Uttolot Crime Family. Their reputation grew here too which lead to their current posting in Palebank Village where they are posing as trappers.
