The Snapping Line

Built from the planks and hulls of a dozen decommissioned fishing ships, this popular inn and tavern has strong nautical roots. Constructed from the hulls of decommissioned fishing ships, no amount of scrubbing will remove the pervasive stench of fish. However, since most patrons are in the fishing industry no one seems to mind. The private sleeping rooms are plain but comfortable renditions of a typical ship's cabin and the common room could be a ship's barracks except for the lack of sloping walls. Sailors and fishers gather here most nights to drink and swap stories well into the night over a cup of the tavern's celebrated drink of "Claw wine".
