Otis
Otis is the brother of a ranger named Elmo. Together they grew up in Hommlet working odd jobs here and there. Upon becoming an adult Otis began working as a Knight Bachelor of Veluna. Being a Knight of Veluna only got Otis so far so he eventually left the service of the Veluna and joined up with the Circle of Eight. In the year 569 the Temple of Elemental Evil rose to power and threatened the village of Hommlet and the surrounding areas. Otis tried to get the help of the Circle of Eight, but only a few members helped. Because of this Otis left the Circle of Eight. Otis now resides in Nulb where he works as the village blacksmith.

Otis was once a member of the powerful organization called the Circle of Eight. He has since retired and works as a blacksmith in the town of Nulb. Otis has a couple of pet owls and sprites.
