Firstly, they hold the utmost respect and admiration from all members of the Skysworn, including Dragon Riders, Scaled Masters, and Tranquil Scales. They have the authority to mobilize resources for important missions or emergencies and have the privilege of being entrusted with the guild's most guarded secrets and historical records.   Additionally, the Grandmaster's leadership position comes with a level of comfort and security. They are provided with suitable accommodations within the guild's premises and have their needs attended to by the Tranquil Scales, ensuring they can focus on their responsibilities without distraction.   The position of Grandmaster also holds a sense of personal fulfillment and pride, as they carry on the legacy of all the great leaders who came before them. The dress code is a symbol of authority and respect, reflecting the honor and tradition associated with the rank. The Grandmaster's attire is adorned with the emblem of the Skysworn, representing their leadership and connection to the dragons they serve.   In addition to their symbolic attire, the Grandmaster has access to a variety of tools and resources that aid them in their duties. These tools include ancient scrolls and texts containing the accumulated wisdom of past Grandmasters and Scaled Masters. Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

Dismissal from the title of Grandmaster is a rare and serious matter, reserved for the most extreme circumstances that jeopardize the well-being and integrity of the Skysworn guild. The Scaled Masters hold the authority to initiate such proceedings, but a clear majority vote among them is required to oust a Grandmaster from their position. This ensures that the decision is well-considered and supported by the majority of the guild's leadership.   The grounds for dismissal may include severe breaches of the Skysworn's code of conduct, acts of betrayal, abuse of power, or failure to fulfill their duties as Grandmaster. The Scaled Masters carefully weigh the evidence and consequences before taking such a momentous step, recognizing the gravity of removing a leader from their esteemed position.   In most cases, the position of Grandmaster is held with honor, wisdom, and dedication, as they are responsible for overseeing the guild's well-being and upholding its traditions. However, in the rare event of a Grandmaster acting against the best interests of the guild or displaying behavior contrary to the principles of the Skysworn, the Scaled Masters must take appropriate action to protect the guild's integrity.   Death of a dragon experienced by a Grandmaster would transition them to the rank of Groundlain, where they would receive the care and support of the guild after such a profound loss. Retirement of both the rider and their dragon would lead to their transition to the rank of Scaled Elder, allowing them to enjoy a more flexible role within the guild while still being respected for their lifelong service.
