The general Feng Wu led a coalition of aggrieved nobles and peasant battalions to depose the Dripping Corpulence Emperor, and establish the Feng Dynasty.

Feng Wu foremost of all Daqese generals was appointed to lead the third offense in as many years against Stygia, despite the dismal failure of all such previous attacks. On observing the sorrow of the families of his soldiers on sending their sons and fathers off to certain doom, Feng Wu began to plot rebellion. Despite the loyalty and virtue of all the Yin Emperor's subjects the man himself showed no reciprocal love to his people or position.   Despite being outnumbered and facing a technologically superior foe General Feng was able to win a crushing victory over Stygians driving them from Haixi and all lands east of its borders. The emperor responded "push further west, take their great city and make me a throne of their purple stone". This and all future messages from the emperor were burned, he was not fit to rule. So from this position of strength Feng Wu negotiated a peace with the Stygians. They granted independence to those lands between Stygia and Daqin, but demanded Feng submit to the Seekers of Truth for punishment in waging an unjust war against his nation's historic ally. So the general returned to Daqin in secret; his legs removed, his nose slit, and right eye put out.   On his return Feng was sheltered by his cousin Ling Ziya in Xia province where he gathered a grand coalition of all those who had lost family or dignity to the Yi Emperor's cruelty. This grew to include nearly all common soldiers younger than twenty years of age who had all seen elder siblings or parents slain in his suicidal military endeavors and every noble or minister to serve at the capital. The Emperor's only defenders were his most deprave sycophants who refused to tell the monarch of the rebellion's success until it was at the palace doors. As such the final battle was between proper soldiers with swords and spears, and ministers and dandies with whips and silverware.   Following this Feng Wu was enthroned as the first emperor of a new dynasty.
