Reex, Second Lord of the Stygian Well

Despite priding themself on their status as one of the Potentates of Hell, and the Second Lord of the Stygian Well, Reex is not above the common Shinigami obsession with novelty. When Vega Spritzer crashed the afterlife by escaping a demiplane spell cast by Torwall's Patron, Reex was alerted of the intrusion by "Lemmy". Reex considered it their duty to eliminate the anomaly by "popping the bubble" and dispelling the demiplane encroaching on the Incunabulum.
Reex agreed to allow Vega to return to the living world by re-entering the portal in exchange for a promise to return one day and do something truly scandalous. Reex found the suggestion "exquisite", marked Vega with the blood of their tongue in a ritual she did not recognize, and advised her there was no rush to return. (This was already enough excitement for a few decades, at least.)
