Emerald Watch

Empress Aeonare's marshal guard. They are impeccably trained soldiers, expert marksmen and swordsmen, experienced both in phalanx maneuvers, long range assault, and one on one combat. The Emerald Watch are schooled in horsemanship, archery, halberd and pike, as well as fencing and longsword. They are drilled frequently, and known by most as a deadly force.
Emerald Watch outposts are scattered all about the island, and they patrol cities, villages, and open roads regularly.

Public Agenda

It is purportedly the duty of the Emerald Watch to keep the citizens of Palawyr safe under the Empress' watchful gaze, and they function something like a police force, though it is well known to those citizens that their true charge is to suppress seditious activities, and to report any magical activities to the Gilded Hand.

Demography and Population

All members of the Emerald Watch are full blooded Elves. Their patrols are frequent, their numbers high.
