Gilded Hand

The Gilded Hand are the Empress' magical guard corps- Elite warriors and casters, with a blinding wealth of magic at their disposal. They are tasked with delivering unto her Most Serene Majesty any and all magics discovered within her realm. Both the Hand and the Watch are said to be as beautiful as a viper, graceful as they are poisonous, shimmering in the robes and scale of their orders, loathsome to the common folk of the land.

Public Agenda

There is no pretense regarding the Gilded Hand's mandate- They enforce the Empress' law regarding magic of all kinds in her realm.
