Kadian Intelligence Services

The Kadian Intelligence Services (KIS), is an intelligence and law enforcement organization that operates under the Kadian Dominion, serving as a central cooperation hub for the various intelligence agencies and special services under the leadership of the Sovereign of Ader and the King of Navara. The organization has no jurisdiction or direct control over its members, and serves as a intermediary service to ensure their smooth communication on operations with shared interests.
