Madame Samira Arah

Head of the Jeweler's Trade in Zinda and holds the titles of both Madame and King of Coin.  She is the newest member to the council of rulers known as the Kings of Coin which represent the leaders of all major trade guilds in the Cerulean Wreath.  She is known as imperturbable and strong rumors flow that she is not one to keep the status quo.
